ROOMS
Royal Palm Room
Boasting a king size, carved wood four-poster bed this is one of our largest bedrooms. The substantial en-suite bathroom and has a tub, separate walk-in shower, His & Hers closets. A bistro table and chairs within the room allowing for intimate private dining; french doors leading out onto the pool deck, collectively makes this one of our most popular rooms. Independent air conditioning .
Oleander Room
With windows on two aspects of both the bedroom and en-suite allow an abundance of natural light to make the Oleander an illuminating experience.
Bougainvillea Room
Separate from the main house, the Bougainvillea room has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with tub / shower. Independent air conditioning and tiled floors throughout. Reached by its own private entrance with a small balcony and bistro set.
Mango Suite
The so called bachelor’s pad . Mango Suite is wonderfully spacious with quiet bed room. This suite also has it’s own beautifully decorated living room featuring 40” inches TV screen , dining area , kitchen area and , en-suite bathroom .
This is our quietest pad and has its own entrance leading to the pool.
Poinciana
At the end of the 2nd floor hallway the Poinciana room has a queen size bed with an exquisite solid wood frame. This room has a spacious en-suite bathroom with tub / shower. Overlooking the tranquil lake with multiple windows and a small seating area and a walk-in closet.
BAMBOO ROOM
On the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and lake with its own additional private access, our Bamboo room has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A seating area features a desk, Independent air conditioning and tiled floors throughout.
Traveller's Room

With a king size bed, this charming room is full of character with its sloping ceilings and quaint en-suite bathroom with tub / shower. French doors access a private balcony overlooking the lake. Walk-in closet and tiled floors throughout.
The Cayman Palm
with it’s “Tommy Bahama” king-size bedroom suite has a four-poster bed. The bright en-suite bathroom consists of a large jacuzzi bath, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet. This luxury ground floor room has a working desk , two-seater couch, and coffee table give the room a unique cozy living area. As it is not connected to the main house, the accommodation has its own private entrance from the pool deck. Independent air conditioning and tiled floors throughout.
Hibiscus
With bright colorful decor and white furniture the Hibiscus room with it’s queen size bed has a feeling of constant sunshine.. Mirrored closet doors and uniquely accessed en-suite bathroom with tub / shower, french doors leading to a private balcony gives our guests a sense of tropical elegance. Tiled floors throughout.
Papaya Suite ( 1 bedroom)
On the second floor overlooking the pool and lake, is the beautiful self-contained 1 bedroom en-suite apartment (this can also be rented as a 2 bedroom en-suite apartment). Master bedroom – A ‘wow’ factor room with ‘Belissimo’ highly ornate and elaborately carved queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. Full kitchen with marble counter tops and centre island, dining room, living room with a sectional couch, coffee table plus an extra sofa bed and desk with office chair. An internal spiral staircase leading to a large roof top terrace,where there is a table and seating for 6 on the roof terrace boasting views all the way to Rum Point provides an amazing place to dine under the stars. Independent air conditioning and tiled floors throughout the apartment with the exception of a wooden floor in the master bedroom.
